THANK YOU to Charcuterie Hongroise!
Our latest barbeque at the Bark in the Park event in Hudson on August 28th had a European flair to go along with the hamburgers we were serving. Thanks to the generosity of Mila Perusko and her father Angelo of the Charcuterie Hongroise (3843 boul. St-Laurent, Montreal, Québec H2W 1X9 - Tel: 514-844-6734), we were able to serve freshly made spicy and mild sausages which they donated in large quantities to the Rosie cause, enabling us to provide a bit of the Montreal bistro buzz to our event. They turned out to be a very popular choice among the people who came out to support this reunion of Rosie adoptees.
Added to that, these thoughtful people arranged for us to pick up freshly baked rolls (still warm from the oven and once again donated by them) upon which to serve the sausages and hamburgers.
Our warmest thanks go out to Mila and Angelo for once again coming forward to help us raise funds which will enable Rosie to continue to help our furry friends.
